  • To ensure a comprehensive petition, the petition may require additional evidence for certain awards that are not accessible online or not in English. This includes certificates, podium pictures, evidence of monetary awards, etc.

  • Non-English documents should be accompanied by English translations, and podium and awards pictures should have a short description in English indicating the tournament, year, and place.

Communication and Information Requests:

If the law firm needs further information during the drafting process, they will contact the petitioner partner consultant for more information.

Any inquiries or communication regarding the case from applicants should be directed to the designated petitioner partner and not to the law firm directly.

Drafting Time:

The drafting time depends on the complexity of the case and typically takes about one month.

The law firm strives to complete the process as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality.

Filing the Petition and Response Time:

Once the Petition is ready, it will be filed by on behalf of the petitioner partner co.

USCIS will then assign a case number, and and the petitioner partner can share the number with the applicant and track the case.

The response time from USCIS, with regular processing, is usually within 2-6 months.

Premium Processing Option:

  • If expedited processing is desired, the parties can opt for premium processing by paying additional government fees.

  • With premium processing, USCIS will review the Petition within 15 days from the receipt of the premium processing form and fees.

Request for Evidence (RFE):

In some cases, USCIS may send a request for evidence (RFE) during the case review process.
