The legal fee for your visa petition is $12,000. This encompasses all necessary expenses for drafting and finalizing your visa petition brief, along with relevant exhibits and forms. Government fees are always separate and are outlined below.

Government Fee Options

USCIS Regular Processing Government Fees

  • If the petitioner has under 25 employees, the government fee is $810.

  • If the petitioner has over 25 employees, the government fee is $1,615.

  • USCIS typically responds within 3-5 months. Responses can include

  • Requests for Evidence, which can push out the timeline to 6 months or beyond.

USCIS Premium Processing Government Fees

  • If the petitioner has under 25 employees, the government fee is $3,615.

  • If the petitioner has over 25 employees, the government fee is $4,420.

  • These fees include both the regular processing base fee and the additional $2,805 for premium processing. USCIS must respond within 15 days.
